ICAM-1, IL-6, ТРОПОНИН-1 В БУККАЛЬНОМ ЭПИТЕЛИИ КАК ПРЕДИКТОРЫ РАЗВИТИЯ АТЕРОСКЛЕРОЗА У ЛИЦ РАЗНОГО ВОЗРАСТА

Введение. Актуальной проблемой молекулярной прижизненной диагностики является поиск периферических тканей для верификации биомаркеров с целью оптимизации диагностики и оценки эффективности лечения социально значимых заболеваний, в том числе сердечно-сосудистой патологии. Цель. Определение диагностической и прогностической значимости экспрессии цитокина интерлейкина-6 (IL6), молекулы адгезии ICAM-1 и тропонина-1 в буккальном эпителии (БЭ) у лиц среднего, пожилого и старческого возраста с атеросклерозом нижних конечностей. Материал и методы. Образцы БЭ получены от здоровых доноров (n=64 обследованных без сердечно-сосудистой патологии) и пациентов с атеросклерозом нижних конечностей (n=72) среднего (53,2±2,4 года), пожилого (68,1±2,3 года) и старческого (78,7±3,6 года) возраста. Экспрессию указанных сигнальных молекул исследовали с помощью иммуноцитохимического метода с использованием конфокальной микроскопии. Результаты. Установлено, что молекулы IL6 и ICAM-1 наиболее информативны для оценки старения сердечно-сосудистой системы в норме, а также могут быть использованы для диагностики атеросклероза нижних конечностей у пациентов среднего, пожилого и старческого возраста. Заключение. Показано, что тропонин-1 обладает диагностической значимостью в отношении атеросклероза нижних конечностей только у лиц пожилого и старческого возраста.
