GENETIC POLYMORPHISM OF TOLL-RECEPTORS IN PATIENTS WITH CHRONIC VIRAL HEPATITIS C OF TRANSBAIKALIAN REGION

Introduction. Currently, in the pathogenesis of various diseases have been intensively studied the structure and function of innate immune receptors, a special role played by a Toll-like receptors (TLR). In the recent literature there are no comprehensive studies on the genetic polymorphism of TLR in the mechanisms of development and course of chronic hepatitis C virus (HCV). The aim of the study: comparison of frequencies of alleles and genotypes of genetic polymorphisms TLR2 (Arg753Gln), TLR3 (Phe412Leu), TLR4 (Asp299Gly), TLR4 (Thr399Ile), TLR6 (Ser249Pro), TLR9 (T-1237C) and TLR9 (A2848G) among relatively healthy people and patients with chronic viral hepatitis C (HCV) residing in the Transbaikalian region. Methods. The study involved 74 people (average age 36,9±1,1) with chronic hepatitis C and 66 healthy persons (average age 38,7±1,6). For the analysis of gene polymorphisms of Toll-like receptors used method of allele-specific polymerase chain reaction electrophoretic detection. Results. In a course of the study there were revealed all sought mutations in gomo- and a heterozygotic state except for polymorphism TLR2(Arg753Gln): we haven’t revealed any case of the carriage of the mutant genotype Gln/Gln.
